Hotel Reviews of Junior Hôtel

Ideal as an economical staging post in a journey. You would probably have to pay nearly twice as much for some of the surrounding hotels.
Very convenient for centre of city. Bedroom and bed linen clean. Adequate wardrobe etc. Variety of channels on tv.
Bathroom - no shower curtain rail and curtain so it was difficult to avoid wetting the floor.

The stay was nice, I just regret that my neighbour was a bit noisy.
The staff is really nice and always willing to help you and make your saty as nice as possible. the location is perfect, there is a restaurant in the hotel (this could be made clearer when you book a room so that you know that you will be able to eat at the hotel when you arrive)
The hotel is noisy. Not because of the street (we almost don't hear any noise from outside). But the building is old, and you can hear very well what's happening in your neighbour's room. and when your neighbour is noisy, or come back at the hotel late, ot leave early in the morning, you don't sleep very well.

I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay, I understand French but I can only speak French a little bit and their staff did their best effort to speak English (though their English was limited). These people did their best effort to help me and make sure I got the service I needed (I only had minimal needs, one of them was internet). Hotel's wireless internet is only strong in a limited area (check-in desk and the room above), probably just one router, and guests need to ask for the password to use the service. TV channels are also limited, but I spent all my time at my conference, visitng Toulouse and the surroundings, so I was a happy camper!
Housekeeping service was great, not the sterility of an expensive hotel, but I felt just like home (when someone else would make my bed and clean for me).
There was some noise outside on the street, as some people acted crazy, but my window was not directly into the street (Rue du Taur) and the hotel management did everything in their control to assure me a pleasant stay.

For the money we paid to stay at the hotel it was very good. Its location was definately a plus and the staff were great. Some of the staff spoke english and that was very helpful to us.
It was very central and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restuarant that is at the hotel is excellent.
The only thing that was not great was the noise from the street. The street clearners in France work all night.
