Very disappointing; shabbiness not unexpected but cleanliness should be under control;Construction across street began at 8am on Saturday morning
LocationCooked breakfast and thoughtfulness of young fellow serving usReception gave discount when paying becuase of our complaints
Dirty: net curtains rather black in both bedrooms; takeaway food found behind curtain; hair in bathtub plughole and subsequent tidemark; light above mirror in bedroom didn't work

Very disappointing. For a 3star hotel and £105 per night I did expect higher quality.
Terrible room - too hot and couldn't turn radiators off. Carpet stained. Bed did not smell fresh. Stagnant, dirty water pool in the shower. Hairdryer did not work.

Partner didn't want to make a fuss as we were only staying 1 night, but I was not happy with the accommodation at all.
No problem with on line booking or booking in at hotel
Booked the hotel because on their web site they state a full bathroom. The room we stayed in only had a shower. The shower tray did not drain away as it was not set correctly and the shower head leaked badly. Breakfast was disappointing. Stated full English but poor portions.

Adequate
The staff were very polite. The breakfast was 1st class.
The en-suite shower was poor... in need of updating and a good clean.Too small for two. !! Where was the bath ?
