It was 2 friends going to bryan adams concert - room was pleasant and good value for money, room ample big enough, decor isnt be all and end all - but it was bit twee. enjoyed the continental breakfast and staff all pleasnat and helpful.got on the metro line into the town for the concert - brillian weekend.

Staff both day and night were very helpfull and nice to chat to making it a nice place to stay

Awful location, awful hotel, awful staff. Will never stay there again!
The bed was fairly comfortable is the only good point I have to make about this hotel.
The room was not particularly cleaned to a reasonable standard. Was a bit annoyed when I reached for the toliet paper and the dispenser fell open spilling sheets of toilet paper all over the floor! Tried to fix it unsuccesfully! The hot tap in the sink did not work properly and at times the water just trickled out. The room was not cleaned the whole weekend and I was shocked to come back on Saturday evening to find the cleaner had left the clean towels outside the door in the coridoor! The reception staff were not at all friendly and I found them borderline rude at times, including the cleaner!

Staff polite and friendly but hotel was terrible and would never stay again.
Stained Sheets, Holes in the walls, Paint peeling, generally outdated, would not stay again.

Quite a pleasant experience hotel suits its pricerange.
Room was tidy good size for a single room.
