A very pleasant stay - staff went out of their way to be helpful, especially when we arrived late and hungry. Good varied menu for both supper and breakfast

Hair dryer not very powerful

We have stayed in Premier Inn for the first time after its name change. I was a excellent hotel.
The staff didn't know about my booking through active hotels.

very good and i would definately return. In future stays away i will definately look for premier inn before any other.
Fabulous customer service from all staff we encountered throughout our stay.
check in was a little longwinded but accceptable. The side panel of the bath had the bottom poking out and was jagged i felt this could have been a hazard to my young children.
