Clean room, very central location
noisy room; the fact that I had to pay before entering the room ( at check-in time and not checkin-out)

In addition to above comments I would like to say that the room I stayed in looked like it was due to be refurbished so hopefully these things will be improved. The reception area was very nice but we had to wait almost 45 mins after 2pm to check in, and the staff could not give me any timescales, which meant that we were late to the concert we were going to. I think that I would give this hotel a 2nd chance and visit again with a group of friends, but as we generally travel to London for gigs/concerts price is the main element in my decision making, and this hotel definately came out on top.

Large sized room, tv with sky, dvd player and stereo. The staff provided everything extra we asked for. Fridge and safe included in the room.
The sofa bed was extremely sqeaky! Even when someone moved it was really loud! Even though the booking was for 4 people in one room we were only provided with one pillow for the sofa bed and two mugs. Online the room was described as having a kitchenette, but this was just a fridge with a microwave, kettle and toaster stacked on top. There were no plates, knives, forks or spoons. Also the hotel was being refurbished which we were not made aware of upon booking. This meant that it was very noisey.

the noise level of the street facing rooms/ ability to open the windows/ hotel typical floor plan

the convenience of living in the apartment rather than a hotel room is always a huge plus as you soon start behaving as a resident of the city not a guest and could easily see visitors at your apartment for the tea rather then going to a coffee shop
unfortunatuly the shower head fittings are not flexible so it couses a bit of inconvenience for keeping your hair dry while showering

The hotel was in a good position for what I wanted in London. The hotel was rather outdated and needed a good refurbish, especially my room. I would have preferred carpets on the floor as I had no slippers and had to wander around in shoes the whole time. It was noisy as well with wooden laminate flooring. I shall not be staying at this hotel again unless I have a room with a carpet and much updated facilities.

It was quiet even though we were in the middle of London and not far from Cromwell Road.
I disliked the wooden floors, especially as it was a short stay. I would have preferred carpets. I disliked the bathroom. The shower head was not cleaned and water spilled all over the floor. The bath itself was not in a good condition, neither was the wooden panelling round the toilet itself.
