I am a Londoner born & bred but have lived in France for many years. Your hotel is really excellent value for money & I have stayed in many, of all types and categories.
Owner & personnel = very pleasant. Hotel & room = very clean. Breakfast excellent. Proximity of Saint Pancras = very useful to leave one's bag.
None - simply because the bad points = very small wash basin, no lift, shower badly installed are all incumbent to the low prices. The check-in time at 2pm could put clients off when they see it on the website (I luckily got my room at 11.30am) & the check-out time marked 10.30am a bit early too
