With the exception of being locked out, it was an excellent stay.
Hotel was very quiet. The first night we had the bar to ourselves. Bar food and breakfasts were very good.
Although it is not mentioned anywhere the front doors are locked at night. As I noticed them being locked the first night I enquired at reception as we were expecting to be back late the next night. They said that the night staff would be notified, but this was not done. After 5 minutes of trying doors and knocking on windows we saw a sign with the out-of-hours contact number. Fortunately my girlfriend had her mobile with her so we were able to call that.

Very good - despite there being a wedding in the adjoining function room (and so were the only ones in the bar / restaurant that night), we were treated to a courteous and polite service.
Excellent reception and restaurant service.

Excellent 2 night stay. Staff were very efficent and friendly. Restaurant was excellent VFM, bar food also very good. Was upgraded to a suite (at no extra cost) which was an added bonus. Being that this is a Golf Club we did not know what to expect (we are not golf players)but overall this was a very pleasent experience and a hotel that we would thoroughly recommend. Golfer or not!

An excellent stay, thoroughly enjoyable and I look forward to returning for a few more days.
Dale Hill is a very well appointed hotel in a very quiet position. I would thoroughly recommend the restaurant, the quail stuffed with chicken was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, all in all a very pleasant stay.
