Over priced by booking through you, cheaper prices offered through walk ins, appalling staff and running the gauntlet of intimidating/possible drugdealers. Not a nice experience. Great room though, nice stylish decor and great location.

dreadful communication with check-in staff who can't speak English and are more worried about getting hold of your credit card without explaining. i do not expect to be "grunted" at in London in 2008. Intimidating potential underworld characters loitering in reception on saturday night, Blacked out windows on the mercs and range rovers parked outside the hotel and guys in sunglasses at 11pm in the lobby are not a welcoming sight for couples.

Very good, although we had a copy of our online booking with a confirmation number the hotel had no record of it, the staff were extremely helpful and upgraded us to a better room. We only stayed for one night but the room was excellent and the breakfast and organisation in the restaurant was very good.
The room was excellent as we were upgraded to a superior room due to our online booking not having been booked in.

When booking online, it states that VAT was included in the price. When we got to the hotel - it was not included. It was rectified but had I not asked it would not have been checked and we would have been charged.
Liked the decor. Good selection of movies
Food was extremely adequate..kind of pub like - not what I would expect from a four star.

Excellent stay & had a barman that showed excellent customer service,we were wowed,he had glasses on but do not recall his name,worked 7-midnight thurs 6th dec.

the accomodation met our needs perfectly being so close to the 02 arena the room and facilities were excellent and the location was peacefull despite the extensive building work at adjoining sites. The room was very comfortable and the ensuite facilities, particularly the towels, were of a high standard and the room was very clean.
It was good to be offered a smoking room and not treated like a leper! and the staff were discreet and welcoming anticipating any requests we might make
