Breakfast was the best I'd had in years. A proper Full English Breakfast.
The cost of a glass of wine I thought was extortionate. Channels on the room television was poor considering this day and age. Just really basic channels plus a couple of sky sports channels.

would definately stay there again.
lovely quiet hotel. Staff all very friendly. Bedrooms well equipped with beautiful views over the lake.
Breakfast very expensive.

Overall a nice hotel. Clean and friendly with beautiful views over the lake and fun to feed the swans and ducks that gather round.
I stay at this hotel regularly and have found the staff have been friendly and helpful overall.
I have had a bad experience recently where I had to be relocated at 01.30, with no notification from staff even though they had my contact number. As a regular guest, there was an offer of a complimentary bottle of wine and an upgrade when I complained, but I have yet to receive anything even though I have visited many times since.

Wonderful. The view from the room was gorgeous, top food, lovely room, nice people. Genuinely delightful stay. Sad to leave.
The whole experience was great and tremendous value. The food in the restaurant was to die for, we wanted to stay another night just to eat there, but I was working...sadly!
Cannot think of any and I am reasonably fussy.
