A real pleasure to stay we were their guests and were treated as such. Nothing too much trouble.
Made to feel very welcome nothing too much trouble excellent breakfast.

Warwick is a nice mixture of old and new with a good deal to see. Nice pubs and food with no lager louts late at night, which makes a change for a town centre. Well worth a visit. Some museums do close at the end of Sept. though but castle is well worth a visit.
The hotel is more of a large guesthouse but just what we wanted. Clean and tidy with a good breakfast. Landlady very attentive and always jolly. Told some very funny jokes at breakfast with her "brummie/italian" accent. Very handy for town centre about 15 min. walk.

Good overnight stay. Would not categorise as a hotel, more of a guesthouse these days.
Hospitality at the hotel is good. The rooms are very clean and comfortable but not roomy. Breakfast was excellent. The Dining Room was very clean, proper tablecloths and food of an excellent quality. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
The entrance hall is a bit drab and puts you off when walking in. The roadway to the car park needs repairing as it is full of potholes. Some of the woodwork could do with a paint, as the decoration in itself is quite good, apart from the hallway.

Overall we enjoyed the stay, lovely room, lovely people
Warm friendly landlady, nice english breakfast and we were upgraded to a four poster bed at no extra cost
Internal hotel walls could do with a lick of paint to brighten the place up,pot-holed car park and access road and shabby rear garden
