the bed , its matress must have been at least 20 years old, and the television had poor reception and no extra channels, only bbc, itv , etc

Excellent value for money, good location. would definately stay again.

This is a nice hotel, slightly old feel to it, but could do with some modern improvements, but overall very nice and handy to the 02 arena
Very handy to the o2 arena, lots of good facilities, nice bar & foyer
Slightly run down for example window would not close in the room, kettle not working, TV very low down to be viewed from the bed,

The staff were friendly and polite. Although this was a four star hotel, i felt it was a bit shabby and dated. The housekeeping could not be faulted as it was very clean. We ordered room service and it was very quick considering it was quite late at night.

We were not very long in the hotel but for the time we were there the hotel seemed to have a good vibe. The girl checking us in was very pleasant and cheerful. The hotel is in a good position for the 02 arena.
The size of room was excellent, plenty of space.
The bathroom, the sink drain very slowly making shaving and cleaning teeth very difficult, and because you have shower curtains the bathroom floor became very very wet.

Location, views from the room
The airconditioning did not work and the room was sweltering which left us both feeling ill the following moring.

a very pleasent visit by my wife and i on our honeymoon staff very good and always want tpm please fantastic views and facilites one of the best near tube station and close to the o2 arena

Room Service was non existent - even for a cup of coffee. Noisy.Rail facility not pleasing to the light sleeper.

GOOD BREAKFAST AND NICE ROOM
NO ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE IN THE EVENING PLUS NO HOT WATER AT ALL IN THE MORNING!ALSO DOOR KEY WOULD NOT WORK AND WE HAD TO WAIT FOR A MEMBER OF STAFF TO LET US INTO OUR ROOM!
