We found the hotel quite difficult to locate when we arrived at Cardiff Central, but it was raining heavily so maybe this hindered us. The hotel is in a very good location & it was a pleasant experience staying there. Would definately stay there again.
The staff were helpful & friendly & the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was also in a good location.
