Wouldn't return to this hotel although the people who run it do seem pretty friendly
The online booking system was very good. We even had a text from the hotel saying it was ok to park our car in the car park early if we wanted. The bed was clean too and the people who run the hotel were quite friendly.
Where do i start. Well the worst thing was their was a floater in our toilet when we first arrived in our room (yes a floating poo). The breakfast was served by somebody slower than a sloath and wasn't particularly warm. The general maintanance of the hotel was pretty poor. I could wee faster than the speed of our shower.

clean beds and linen.
lights broken hanging off the wall,no hot water(1 sink full then gone)eletrical wiring taped to the floor,breakfast not good,no locks on windows,no remote for tv,bath dirty,room damp and cupboards and drawers stained and broken.if it had been more than 1 night there would have been a row,asked for more money on check in.WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN OR RECOMEND TO ANYONE,THE PLACE WAS A DIVE AND A DISGRACE TO THE HOTEL TRADE.

Originally, we booked two nights, but were forced to change the hotel after the first night. Thank God there was a decent place across the street, with a clean & spacious room, working shower and nice breakfast.
The room was filthy and extremely small (to be advertised as a family room), there were dirty glasses (pints) waiting for us, the TV didn't work, the bathroom was outrageous with a "nice" damp smell & feeling, the shower didn't work, the breakfast table was sticky from last night's pints.
