A great start to our holiday in Ireland, with a good bed, fine food and pleasant company.
warm welcome, with friendly staff who couldn't do enough to please, food delicious, in a wonderful setting.

The reception staff on arrival was not welcoming. The young waitresses in the restaurant were very poor with their interpersonal skills and one smelt heavily of smoke. The young waiters were very good and professional in their approach to us. The receptionist on departure was polite in her dealings with us.Our final bill should have itemised what we had in the restaurant for our evening meal.
The location. The size of the bedroom.
In room 206 the tile grouting in the ensuite bathroom surrounding the bath was discoloured and needed washing. There should have been more shelf space to put toiletries. The bed was far too big! More alternative drinks should have been available in the bedroom such as drinking chocolate and herbal / friut infusions.

Rooms were neat, well taken care of, comfortable beds and views of the ocean. The hotel itself is a great location and beautiful grounds.
We had booked 2 rooms and when we checked in they seemed to only know about one room. However, it was corrected so it worked out fine.
