It was okay for one night but not more.
The woman on the reception desk gave us a little map and showed us how to get to the water front. They served the main course before we have had a chance to eat our cereals but, they kept it warm for us :-)
Very narrow stairs. We were on the top floor with no lift - it was difficult to get our luggage up and down. The room was very small. The cups were broken and the tea spoons bent :-(

The folks working there tried to make it a nice experience.
Been a while since I stayed in a room without en-suite (I knew this when I booked, admittedly). The croissants at breakfast would have benefitted from being warmed (they were presented in their originial Tesco wrapping: £1.48 for the box, apparently)

the rooms of this nice hotel are very small, but really cosy. its located near lime station and so its central and you can go sightseeing by foot.
very nice little hotel, excellent service, very friendly staff, good breakfast,

I have stayed in worse but at a lower price
The room and hotel was clean
The room was clutered, the bed was only a double, the walls are paper thin hence noise travels easily
