Most good ideas in life come though personal experience. There are loads of hotel sites out there so why this one? Let us take you back to May this year, Morrissey announces his UK tour and within an hour of the tickets going on sale they have all been snapped up. Fortunately we managed to get some tickets to see him at Kings Lynn. Chuffed to get the tickets but realistically it meant to get back to London we would need to miss the last 30 mins or so to get the last train back or book a B&B and spend the night.

No contest really, stayover it was but we had real trouble booking one online. The major travel sites are ok for London but in provincial Norfolk no chance. Normally we would pitch up on the day and chance our arm but we figured that many other Moz fans might do the same thing, I am in my thirties now and in no state to kip on a park bench!

So we left the gig early - sacrilege really but no choice. It was on the train that we got chatting to some other Morrissey fans who had also left early to get home and we realised that nobody really caters for the concert goer. One of our friends is a web designer, one of us works in marketing so we thought why not build our own site?

We are aiming to bring you a comprehensive offering of hotels right across the UK at first and then maybe Europe. We are also Stranglers fans and would love to watch them in France next year so watch this space for that. We are working with a really good partner and can offer 4,000+ UK hotels and B&Bs. None of us are particularly well off so we wanted a partner that would take money at the hotel rather than up front as well as providing you with reviews of the hotels, the gigs and the concert venues. You know the stuff, good pubs nearby, restaurants, bus information etc.

So in short, not just a boring hotel reservation site, we hope to bring you a really valued resource.

What's our inspiration?

Nobody should ever have to miss 30 mins of a legend like Morrissey because they cant find a hotel!!!
